Requests: Due to the nature of our business, we have limited availability. To book an appointment, please click the booknow button below.
In order to guarantee your reservation, we may require a credit card number or gift certificate number. Reservation requests are also available via phone message at 800.668.6594. To preserve the serenity of our sanctuary all calls go directly to voicemail, and will be returned in the order received. When calling please leave your name, call back number and desired service with appointment date & time.
CANCELLATIONS / GUEST ETIQUETTE / INFORMATION
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made via phone or Email at least 3 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of appointment time may be assessed a 50% cancellation fee (from cost of service). Cancellations within 1 hour of appointment or failure to arrive (no call, no show) may be assessed a 100% cancellation fee (cost of service) against credit card, or gift certificate.
First Time Visitors: Allow 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time for check-in, and health/skin history form completion (dependent on service).
Skin Care: Packages are available and suggested. Some clients will need a series ranging from 3-6 depending on skin condition. Others will need “pre-treating” two weeks prior to a chemical peel to prepare their skin, or to discontinue certain skin creams such as those containing retinol derivatives, or hydroquinone.
Etiquette: As a guest you are responsible to:

Be respectful and courteous to staff and other guests.

Use therapies as recommended by staff in order to maximize health benefits.

As a guest you are entitled to:
- Stop treatment at any time for any reason.
- Respect & dignity form our staff.
- Ask questions regarding treatments, policies and procedures.
- Confidential treatment of any health information disclosed.
- A safe, clean and comfortable environment.
- Trained staff conducting treatments according to OASIS 212 DENVER policies and procedures.
- Information pertaining to certification, licensing or training.
Service: OASIS 212 DENVER only performs NON-SEXUAL / NON-SENSUAL therapeutic services.
Arrival: Please allow 10-15 minutes for check-in. Although we try to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee an extension of scheduled service times
Communication: A key component to maximize experience. Whether it is a massage preference, spiritual, or special needs. Please inform our staff if there is anything we can do to make your experience more pleasurable.
Attire: Wear whatever is comfortable. Some treatments do not require disrobing, if you are unsure please ask our staff. Our therapists drape a sheet over any part of the body not being treated. We recommend you leave jewelry at home; OASIS 212 DENVER is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left in robes or storage areas.
Atmosphere: OASIS 212 DENVER provides a place of serenity. Please be respectfull and turn off cell phone prior to arrival and speaking softly while in waiting area and treatment rooms.
Payments: Cash payments only accepted at time of service. To pay with credit card used to guarantee the reservation, you must present the card along with valid ID at time of check-out. Pre-payment is also available online. We accept (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER), PERSONAL CHECK*, PAYPAL**
*Returned checks are subject to a $10.00 administrative fee in addition to fees assesd by banking institution. ** Certain online transactions, ask for details.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in our prices. Gratuity accepted in cash, added to check payments, or added to credit card payments (with purchase of $5 or more).
